Executive Transport Wedding Car Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Executive Transport Wedding Car Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all customers who book wedding car hire services and leave a 50% deposit with Executive Booking Office Ltd during the promotional period. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into contracts under the Maltese Law.
Giveaway Period: The promotional period begins on 02/11/2023 and ends on 17/11/2023.
Entry: To enter the Giveaway, entrants must:
Book wedding car hire services with Executive Booking Office Ltd during the Giveaway period and;
Leave a 50% deposit as required by Executive Booking Office Ltd.
Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded for a two-way trip. The prize consists of one (1) wedding car from the fleet of vehicles booked, provided by Executive Booking Office Ltd for the winner’s wedding event. In the case of a heterosexual couple or a lesbian couple, one (1) bridal car will be the awarded prize; in the case of a male same-sex couple, one (1) groom’s car will be the awarded prize.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within one (1) day after the promotional period ends, at the promoter’s offices (Executive Booking Office Ltd, 20, Triq Jerry Zammit, Gzira).
Notification: The winner will be notified via SMS on the mobile phone number provided with the booking and deposit. If the winner does not confirm acceptance by return SMS within 7 days, that winner will forfeit his right to the Giveaway, and an alternative winner will be selected.
Prize Acceptance: The winner must accept the prize as awarded, which is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities as requested by Executive Booking Office Ltd, including but not limited to photographs and interviews for marketing purposes.
Privacy: Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
General Conditions: Executive Booking Office Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
Legal Compliance: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malta.
